We’re pleased to announce that registrations for the 2021/22 season of Little Athletics have opened now that the NSW Public Health orders have changed due to the high vaccination levels across the state.
This means that most Centres have not only opened their registration but are also planning for a start to competition as early as they can. Keep an eye out on your local Centre’s website or Facebook pages for detailed information.

Due to the late start to the season, we will not be able to hold our Zone Championships this year, but we will be holding our Region Championships on 5/6 February as normal. We will be following a direct entry process as we did last year and will advise details as we get closer. Our priority is to get Centre competition up and running first.
To fill the inter-centre competition gap left by the cancellation of the Zone Championships, we have partnered with our neighbouring Zone, Western Plains, to plan 4 multi-style events in December and January as follows. All events are optional but allow for some inter-centre competition and the recording of recognised results. We will provide more information once we get the season going:
- Multi at Bathurst Centre on 19 December
- New Year Gala at Dubbo on 8/9 January
- Multi at Parkes on 22 January
- Multi at Springwood on 23 January
